Steve Ryan
Steve has been a commercial credit professional for 30 years and has experience with all aspects of credit delivery and risk. He has been a commercial lender, a State Bank Examiner, a credit administrator and a credit reviewer. He implemented a business banking department and has experience writing policies and procedures. Because Steve has worked for smaller banks and larger banks he understands the different challenges of each. He has also had the opportunity to perform several due diligence reviews. Steve has been a commercial loan officer with Old National Bank and First Western Bank. His initial experience with credit review started at Old National Bank and later gained greater experience with Puget Sound National Bank, First Interstate Bank, Key Bank and Washington Mutual Bank (where he managed a credit review team). Steve was a credit administrator for First Interstate Bank, Wells Fargo, and HomeStreet Bank. He has solid working knowledge of all types of commercial credit and full understanding of credit risk management.
Phil Stanley
Most of Phil’s 30 years of banking experience has been in credit review. He has had the opportunity to review a wide variety of credits including small business, agriculture, middle market, syndications, construction, commercial real estate, dealership financing, and special assets. In addition, Phil has extensive background with different loan platforms and credit analytics, and has experience in several due diligence reviews. Phil has credit review experience with RainierBank, Security Pacific Bank, Bank of America, First Interstate Bank, Wells Fargo, Columbia Bank and Washington Mutual Bank. He has led EDP reviews and reviews of all types of credit portfolios. He has experience with loss forecasting, problem loan reporting, and has developed an expertise in Management Information Systems. Phil is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle, Washington.
